Wow - so many posts in less than 6 hours

I just remembered - last night i saw the subliminal messaging on channel 9. A show was just ending and going into credits when i suddenly see an add for Pine'o'clean flick onto the screen and off again. It took less than a second to flick on and flick off, but it took too long for nobody to notice.

So, naturally, i was wondering - is it illegal to subliminally advertise? Can we sue?
