(no subject)

Saturday Night, my sister was watching t.v. while on multitasking with her laptop (doing hell knows what) and, for some reason, left it on a Kylie Minogue video clip on Channel [V]. My sister is not a Kylie fan, so I was somewhat confused.

Me: Why? Why for? Huh? Why? Why? Huh? Why for?
Sister: It's the only thing on...
Brother: Maybe she wants to learn how to dance like a gay man..?
Me: Maybe the gay men want to dance like her..!

Anyways... today, my pretties, I was not a happy camper.

Last night I was informed that Men would be inspecting the Roof Space and Under Our House. Roof Space is accessed through my room, which is a "loft room" (i.e. is in, but separate from, the Roof Space), so I had to attackishly clean my room last night. I was up until at least midnight, probably after, and ten didn't fal asleep until a fair while later. This was not good, seeing as I started at 9am this morning, meanign I had to wake up at 7am!! Teh EVILness!!

Not only that, but I felt rather segragated from the rest of the people in my music classes today :(

After Uni, I had to go to work. This was truly the crux and cause of most of today's not-happy-camper-inducing turmoil. After my Education lecture, I had to trek from Bosch to Footbridge (roughly half our campus), at which point I realised I didn't have a bus pass, nor any coin, nor even any notes. So, I had to hike it back Wentworth-way (same general direction as Bosch, similar distance) to get an ATM and buy a Travel Ten. Again I say, Teh EVILness. Thus ends the first bus problem.

By the time I got back to the bus stop, I had just missed my bus. In fact, though I couldn't see it leave, I'm almost certain I heard it leave. Thus ends the second problem.

I waited for half an hour, a period of time I did not have to spare in the first place, to get the next bus, and the driver wants to leave without me. He pulls up and people are getting off. Or at least they are trying to. The man who got off first was not completely able - a tad large and required a cane for walking, so also a tad slow. This I had no problem with, and I don't think anyone behind him really cared either, because he was obviously trying to get out of their way, which I thought was rather nice. Let me point out to you here that there isn't a lot of space there, between the bus and the shelter, for walking at Footbridge Bus Stop. So, while Man was trying to get out of the way, and people were moving past him, Driver decides to close one of the doors. I feel like stabbing him through tht eyeballs at this point. And I hadn't even seen his shoddy driving skills (note the lack of a z there people!! that's how bad it was). So, I push past a couple of Completely Ableds to get to the door, by which point they're both closed and Stupid Driver has started driving off, and I bang on the door, telling him to wait (wishing desperately that I could whistle like my dad - sharp and shrilly, the ultimate bus stopper). He notices, slows (but doesn't stop) and opens the door giving me an exasperated WTFAREYOUDOING?!glareandhandgestures. Again, I feel the urge to stab his eyeballs. HE STILL HASN'T STOPPED THE BUS!! so I'm forced to quickwobble my way to a seat and plonk down, all in one hurried movement. Oh, the angers I feel. Thus ends the third problem.

However, it wasn't the LAST!! About halfway home, Bus stalls, brakes lock, or something equally anti-me happens, and we are stranded. The next bus won't be here for another 20 minutes (which is already 20 minutes after I was supposed to start working, I might add), so I had to call my dad to come and pick me up, which took 15 minutes anyway. Still, he is Teh Awesomeness when he wants to be. Thus ends, the four problems.

If I hadn't been working with Amy tonight, I wouldn't have worked. I would have called in and told my boss I was "sick... hehem" or something like that. Much better than stabbing stupid no-work-ethic noobs in the eyeballs, especially around all that bread. *nods* Plus, I wouldn't have been hit on by Amy's boyfriend twice THREE times. So I think all the turmoil was worth it.

Just for that =D
