Written over two hours, so please excuse broken-ness
I think it is finally time for some real TPR lovin'.
Today, I think I will finally get down to writing episode 8. I was going to do it tonight, but then I started talking to Andrew and some people from Uni on MSN... kinda got distracted, but it was definitely worth it *waves at Andrew* 'ello.
Oh, and I have ship designs/concepts/whatever for Ariel, Aries and The Servo - hydeist_'s and d_vinci's personal pod-class ships and the Tag End pHQ's Communal ship respectively. So far, only Ariel has been done on computer, but I plan to do it again anyway, along with the other two and GooBer's pod-class, too. So far, my favourite is Aries - it's a battering ram style ship with three huge, tree-trunk-like, curled-over horns at one end. It's bronze and gold and amazing the way I see it. Ariel is a sleek, silver, speedy little number with seven absolutely-pointless-but-for-show flaming jets at the back. The terran and pyro styles (and names - they're latin, just like servo) reflect the elemental natures of d_vinci and hydeist_ - d_vinci's beast-speaking ability coupled with his naturally green skin and hair (and therefore thumb) and powerful yet humble nature (which to me is very earthy), and hydeist_'s pyrotechnic abilities and streamlined/minimalist fashion sense. I have no idea what I'll do for GooBer's pod-class, but I know I want it to reflect him like the others do (seeing as the whole idea of the personal ships is really for them to be personalised).
This is fairly basic, and it will be redone like I said (because I changed it while I was bored at work ^_^"), but it is an early rendition of Ariel done first in Paintbrush then moved to PS7.
Now the tip is a little more conically pointed and the seat is... well, it'd be easier to just show it. So, I will. Once it's done.
