It doesn't sound crap! I really like how it's turning out. Every time I tell someone that I'm doing chance music (once I've explained just what chance music is exactly) they turn their noses up at me, but I don't care. We know it's awesome. We'll show them, we'll show them all!!
I like the Ink-Flick Method, but I don't have an appropriately flickable ink device, so alas it was not an option for me. I also just really liked the idea of calling the piece Gambit, and the reference would be totally non-referential if I didn't use playing cards somehow
