its been so long

my friend hydeist_ keeps pestering me about updating here 'cause its been so long, so here goes...

well, last week we had the opening school mass, and since im in choir, a prefect and wsa placed in a process, i was needed in three places at once all the time again. and though i got to miss out on all that school doing prep, i had 2 catch up all that missed work - so i'm glad it was my last one EVER!!! in some ways.

And then this week, today in fact, there was a funeral, and again, it was utterly diorganised. i had to learn 2 pieces TODAY!!! not very good for the getting-it-right factor, but i think it went okay-ish. and, i had to be in the procession of the casket because i'm a prefect (which i didn't get to do until the third one - near school), AND i was needed to be in a colour-house guard of honour (the Brother that died was the patron of my house-colour, Brady Blue). So, yeah.

but, hey, this is exactly what an online diary is for, right?

THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE HAVE HAD THEIR NAMES CHANGED TO PROTECT THEIR IDENTITIES, BUT THE CASE IS REAL:

my friend Goober (if you noticed Goober was also in the Pathetic Race, that's just 'cause i needed a name, they aren't really the same person) and the Choir Captain at school (Goober is also in he choir) have been fighting since last year, and i have had it up to here ... just pretend i have my hand at about eye-height.


C.C. told off Goober, saying he had ruined his life and all that crap when Goober had done nothing. this was at the end of last year, at our school's Speech Night at town hall. since then, C.C. has apparently "forgotten" this, so when Goober starts giving C.C. the cold shoulder from day one this term (after about 7 weeks of holidays), C.C. is mystified as to why. Just two days ago, C.C.'s frustration over Goober's coldness escalated into a all-out onslaught on everybody but Goober. this, of course, was mostly directed at d_vinci, who is group leader, a natural organiser though he hates the role. when he finally does face Goober, he says he hasn't ever done anything to Goober, ever, ever, ever. ever. which is a total load of crap. at the end of the onslaught, C.C. storms off saying he's still my friend but not d_vinci's or Goober's. as i am the Choir Vice Captain, i am the one who is going to have the hardest time (not that i'm trying to steal all the glory or anything), because i have to stay open to C.C. and be friends with Goober. oh, life is fun.

and today, during a funeral, for Brother Brady (see last journal entry), C.C. totaly snobbed Goober when it came to Sign of Piece. AND IN CHURCH!!!!

i'll bitch about why C.C. shouldn't be C.C. in a later post. Can't be bothered getting that stirred for such a crappy reason.
