Well, aren't I having a super-fun-happy time? Not only did i find out yesterday that my Music HSC course was screwed over, yet again, by my school's lack of sight, but today, i am almost certain that i failed my first exam. Studying for Maths Extension 1 was a complete waste of my time seeing as i could have been studying for Geography or practicising for Music instead - the only two subjects that i still have to be assessed on.
One good thing did come out of today though - i found out that, even though my accompanists and i will have to compromise on a few things, everything seems to be coming to a generally "ok"-ish halt. Michael, whom you may remember as being my MidDip cousin, is able to get there on Monday morning fine - no work or uni to worry about - but the others, Cam and Gabby, are unavailable, so i get guitar and vocal harmony from Mike but no piano or bass guitar. Angela has had to reorganise and shuffle around with a tutorial that she is teaching for me so that she can get there at like quater to 9 and leave at 9. This means that i am going to have to ask a) dawn_of_buffy if he minds swaping places with me, and b) the school to make sure that that is ok by them (not that i care at all, i am going to do it anyway as long as dawn_ doesn''t mind). So really, we all have to compromise for the school's insane ... ness ... and hope that it will all work out as everyone keeps assuring me.
