Hey all
Just got back from work a while ago. We were training a newbie this afternoon, and it took ages for the end of the shift to come, but it was ok. At least there'll be someone to replace Vivian and I when we go back to Uni/TAFE. Harry, the new boss, was even "joking" about maybe closing on Sundays... it still isn't looking good on the employee front, but we're getting there. Kelly should be back from France soon (hopefully), and (hopefully) her Uni timetable won't clash with work hours too much. As long as there's someone to take Thursday shift I won't be able to do anymore, it's all fine by me.
I was almost needed for tomorrow's afternoon shift, but thankfully Harry got in touch with Amy (for the first time in three days), so he was able to tell her about the shift (which was originally hers). However, because she missed her shift this morning, Harry had to call in Faye, which means I may have to take one of Faye's shifts this week. Plus, Vivian needs a day off too, so I may be taking one of her shifts. All of this on top of Tuesday morning, Thursday, and Saturday and Sunday nights.
I don't think I'm going to be doing more than two shifts per week once Uni goes back.
