hmmm.. let's see
this week:
Saturday = work (morning) and assessments
Sunday = assessments and bought a printer (finally - I've only been planning to get one for about a year)
Monday = Uni (nothing special) and being called in to work for Tuesday by Amy
Tuesday = Uni and work (utterly horrible and I wanted to stab my co-worker, not that she really deserves such a productiveness-implying title), and stressing about Wednesday. Oh, and assessment work because...
Wednesday = ASSESSMENTS!!! woke up at 6:30 and was out of the house by 7:30 (I'm usually not even wake at 7:30, so that was one hell of an achievement for me, despite not having eaten). Had to run after the bus down the street (and nearly fell over several times due to my bag causing weight/centre-of-gravity shifts every so often [damn satchel bags]) and stupid me allowed the food I grabbed as I left the house to fall out of my bag as I was running (GAH!! *selfstabbing*). Met up with my presentation partner at 8:30 (30mins late because of the bus... and my running after the bus on empty --> feelings of imgonnabesicknowkthnxhurl - even after almost an hour on the bus sitting down, it was too hot, so I needed to sit outside in the cool and regain my composure) for a 9:00 presentation (which was the first time we actually went through anything). Did the presentation better than expected, though I still said um. And, oddly enough, I wasn't nervous at all... though I did trip over my tongue a couple of times (but that just seems to be my way now, since about Year 11 when I crashed). Had an hour's worth of break to study for both Linguistics and a Music Aural Exam, which followed one another. Had to leave Music "early" because we ran overtime again and, like I said, I had a LInguistics exam to get to. Still have to see my tutor about the last two questions, actually ^^. Music was ok, but not crash hot - I wasn't really preparedat all, and the same for Linguistics, though that was more because I was running to get there with Hannah and was therefore not really "in the zone". But they are over, and that is all that matters.
Oh, and I also got a new phone - Moto. RAZR V3x (which isn't the crappy superthin one, it's the newer model, bit more solid (which means a better battery) and has two - yes two - cameras. Of course, I wouldn't have been able to get it if I didn't have half my family working at Telstra, thereby giving me the option of getting it on a staff cap plan. YAY. That brings the price down from $500/600 (if bought outright) to $240 ($10 monthly, on a 2year contract).
And I thought there was something with one of the guys in one of my tutes, but apparently it was all in my head and there was no matchmaking going on (I probably should have given out some stronger hints to our mutual friend).
Thursday (today) = far too long, but bearable. Had a good talk with Harley (one of only two obviously straight [though not in an overly-macho way] male friends... should make more of them) before Education, and was joined by Cynthia (whom I made a complete arse of myself to during the lecture - she is the mutual friend, you see). Cyn and I stuck together until about 3 when I had a Linguistics tutorial and she had Classical Mythology. I had planned to talk to the above-mentioned guy during this tutorial, or at least say hi, but no luck. I should probably just give up on him and focus my attention on my other guy... the one I migh actually have a chance with...
and because it's apparently contagious:
just another fire-answer I see
I was really hoping I could be Thor though... I <3 Thor (and not just because of Hitchhiker's Guide)
