Last night and the night before I stayed up putting music to my TPR piece, Departing Song, and I am quite happy with how it is turning out. In fact, I think it will be my first upload. Then Boy in the Window. Both of these have been played for family now; Boy was well taken by the mother-type, Departing Song was given a helping hand by the father-type.

I've also decided to add more to Lonely, whose name may change at some point. Lonely is the piece started by Peter!Thoughts, and I had two stanzas +chords. I get a strong "string section" vibe from it. However, beyond that, there's nothing but a forgotten idea for a chorus' melody. Except for a strange feeling that I've heard it before. Maybe I'm inadvertantly copying something... that would be bad.

Apart from that, the past few days have been filled with Doctor Who, Torchwood, The Office (American version), and horrendous sleeping patterns - sleeping 2-4am, waking 12-1pm. I think that's keeping me sick.

Dinner.

Btw, Torchwood/Doctor Who's Captain Jack Harkness (John Barrowman) is. teh. sex.

*drools*

And there are far too few defabricators in his presence. Yesm.

;)

Such a good idea to get a hot gay actor (sorry, "actor, who is gay" in his words) playing an openly bisexual male. I wonder how Will and Grace would have turned out if they'd picked him for Will's roll (for which he did audition).
