Ok, so today was pretty big for me.
1. I got to bed about 1:30 this morning after going out to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory last night with ashtray_girl633 and some of her friends (and Kim found the Golden Ticket, lucky thing) and then getting hooked on MSN ... again.
2.Slept until about 10:00, at which point the t.v. in my room had a sudden eruption - it went from normal stand-by mode to a blue screen, totally of its own accord. It took a while for it to respond to the remote too, and when it finaly did, it only gave sounds and no pictures other than the blue screen. I turned it off, unplugged it and left it alone for 2 hours. At midday, I replugged it and turned it back on, at which point it decided to give a large snap sound, began to fizzle and hiss, and then began exuding foul-scented smoke in long, winding whisps of grey tendrilic pain. My room still smells like that smoke. Yuck.
3. I got roped into working next Sunday, from 2-7. Good pay, but it is a close shift and I haven't done one of those in a fair while. I haven't even worked in something like 2 months, and I haven't even seen the person I am working with since very early on this year.
4. I got roped into working next Saturday as well, and the same shift time-frame. Again, good pay, but it is another close shift and I don't know who it will be with. I haven't ever done the Saturday afternoon/evening shift.
5. I have much homework to do still, and there are people coming over tomorrow, and there are other jobs I need to do too.
