so much for TPR ep#8!
so much for more talking with Andrew!!
so much for finally thinking I have a life outside of work!!!

One of the girls at work, Amy, who has been working every day for the past two weeks and truly deserves a break, called me at about 12:30 asking if I could do her shift tonight. Seeing as I didn't have anything "real" planned, and seeing as she has been working every day for the past two weeks, I said I'd do it.
think of the money... think of the money... think of the money...

edit: oh, and I feel really stupid about this, but... in case I didn't tell you, Andrew, my name is David ^-^; I noticed sometime last night after I signed out that I possibly hadn't told you, so... now you know.

=D

...and didn't she cover for your 12 hour shift last week too? But yeah, don't worry! More shopping trips for us!!

No. I do feel for you. I feel the same sometimes when I get called for work. I should be grateful, but eh... sometimes I want to sit down and enjoy the things I've worked hard for.

Well if it makes you feel any better.. a few seconds after I made that entry work called and asked me to work tonight.

Oh I so know the feeling.

Think of the money. It's always worth doing it over just doing it to be friendly. :p

Aww, that was a really nice thing to do though, so even though the money is good, just the thought of being able to help someone (cause hopefully they'll do the same for you) should be pretty good too! :D

And yeah, I already knew your name from somewhere. I think you said it in one of my comments or something? :)
