1. I ordered some stuff from george's online store (george as in Katie Noonan et al) back in March, and realised at Katie's gig that I never got my stuff (namely the song book with all teh sheet moosix). And it was about $90 worth of stuff (this is back when I was actually working more than one day a week, I might add). After having emails sent around to various people (most of whom no longer work at the george store), one person got back to me saying that while they have no record of anything even like my transaction going through, they'll be sending my stuff out to me asap, based solely on "good faith and will". I just need to tell them what I ordered and where to send it. Moral of the story: some people in the world are actually nice. Who'da thunk it, eh?
2. AAAARGH!! Education group presentation is going to hell. There are two Davids in the group, so Meghan renamed us Dool and Doof. Dool gets it more than I do, because he acts like a dool. How so? Well, he refuses to turn up to meetings, and has therefore gone and written his part of the presentation based on Meghan's topics. To rectify: we have hired ninjas to assassinate him. Don't know if it'll affect our marks, but should be fun nonetheless.
3. I have to work tomorrow after our group's meeting because of what happened last week. I called in "sick" on Friday, after coming down with a rare case of Missy Higgins tickets, thinking it too contagious and therefore dangerous to risk customer-infection. The person who filled in for me on such short notice can't fill their shift tomorrow, so I'm paying back my debt now that I'm well and healthy again. Once again, I'm really sorry Amy :(
4. HAIRCUTS! It's kind of rounder than I was expecting, but meh. It's shorter than I usually get it cut to, I just hope it isn't too short. Last time I got it cut, I was able to do cool emo-ish things to it. This time... not so much. At least not yet. I guess only time will tell.
5. I still haven't listened to either of the Little Birdy CDs I bought with Missy's On A Clear Night. I haven't even opened them! What's wrong with me? I have perfectly good music sitting on my desk UNTOUCHED! *sigh*
