I love getting my haircut (once I'm finally there). I especially love the part where I get to watch as I lose 3-inches off my height (I usually wait far too long before I get my hair cut :P), where at each stage I have a slightly different style going on. I love how just taking off a little bit here and little bit there, and then brushing it to the other side/forward/back (depending on where Barber is standing/cutting) can make you look like a completely different people. Last Friday, I'm certain there were 12 or so other people getting their hair cut, in the same seat as me and at the same time.
COMIC QUOTAGE:
Employer - Can you read?
Prospective Employee - I graduated high school.
Employer - Are you trying to evade the question?
Alas, I need your help, Oh Interneters of Greatness. I am going to a 21st Bday Partay this Saturday night, and the dresscode is "cocktail". I, however, have no idea what that means, and there is little chance that I'll see the Bday girl beforehand to ask in person. That, and I'm really hoping to go shopping after Uni today (though I finish at 4 D:, so I may not have lot's of time, seeing as I have to think of, and aquire, a present as well). So, I am asking you, Oh Faithful Ones. Now, I'm going to be relying mainly on "all" my non-Australian-timezone peeps to help me out here and hopefully respond within the next 8 hours (when I'm due to wake up), but anyone who has decided to foresake sleep, or sees this early tomorrow morning, is more than welcome to respond and help out.
Thanks in advance people =D

Do you think Crucnhy looks a little bit sad? Sometimes I think he is sad :(
Probably. That, or because it is a remake of the first ever story, a direct descendant... so Second Generation. All other movies are less direct descendants, and therefore are more like 9837xjp8734th Generation stories, diluting and evolving and changing each other as they go. But because they are all based on the original story, and Mean Girls is a remake thereof (with very little difference between it and the original), everything is like Mean Girls, and so everything fits into it like your icons.
... or something like that ^_^

Oohh, out of all the eye/mouth combinations I could see, that was not one of them. I never considered him looking that direction, lol. Oops. ...I bet if Crunchy was wild, he could confuse predators that way, oooOOooo

well, he's facing the left (hence there being ony one eye), and you know where the eye and the mouth are now so I'll use them as reference points. And I'll go round him clockwise to keep things as unconfusing as I can (though with me... well, it isn't saying much ^^)
k, so you have his eye, and directly above it there is a little tuft of curly fur that flops around a bit. that's the three little pointy bits. just above and to the right of them is another pointy bit - that's his ear (it's actually got a white centre for some reason... but like I said, actual colours may vary). The blue part is a big bone/horn thing. There are three points of contact with crunchy's skull - one at the front (the thick one) and two at the back (you can only see one though because it covers the other one - they're symmetrical). The two at the back are off to the side slightly, creating a V shape if you were to look at Crunchy from above. Just below the horn is his bag. It is made of leather. :D. Then you can see his left leg - the knee joint is the big patch of greenspots, which leeds down to the ankle (covered by the armor, with a hole for another horn), and finally to the foot (which has three toes though you can't see them). Just below Crunchy's mouth, he has a slight bearding - two tufts similar to those "eyebrows" above - and above the mouth, but below the eye, you wil see a small winglet. This doesn't really serve much of a purpose, it just shows that earlier on in their evolutionary timeline they could probably fly, but that through millenia of evolution, their wings lost importance to their legs. They were never really meant for walking though, which is obvious in the awkward placement of the legs. To walk, crunchy must actually get onto the balls of his feet, elevating his entire body (i.e. "head"), and kind of waddle!charge (because they lack the same level of momentum control most fully developed bipeds have) to get around. To stop this awkward walk leading to falling over (which would be horrible because they wouldn't be able to get up very easily - they have no hands), their ankle armor has spikes (retractable ones) that they dig into the ground as they crashland to prevent rolling and keep them upright.
Oh, and right below/to the right of crunchy's eye is his nose (the slit + ridge).
(don't worry - like I said, most of my stuff needs to be explained, even to people who I've known for years and have seen my earlier stuff. Crunchy finds no reason for you to require forgivness, but, if it will make you feel better, he would more than gladly "forgive" you =D. I'm just glad I have an awesome friend with patience enough to deal with me.)
