I got my XMen DVDs in the mail today, and I just watched number 3 for the first time. I know that that's pretty delayed for a fan, but we already knew I was somewhat delayed :P

My question is, why were there so many people who thought it was a bad movie? In my opinion, number 2 was the bomb, the dud film. Number 3 was actually pretty good. There were a few bits that didn't quite flow right, like the scenes with Iceman and Shadow Cat after their skating, but once I saw the deleted scenes, they were all alright. There was a problem with Magneto at the very end, when he moved the chess piece slightly after having had the drug, but that was really the only thing that didn't quite make sense.

Today was a bit of a bust - Zelda is sold out. This makes me sad. Marvel: Ultimate Alliance isn't out yet, and won't be until the day after my birthday. I did, however, remind myself that books do in fact still exist (to my complete and utter astonishment) and that they often make good gifts. For me. Yes. Especially when they are written by Neil Gaiman. The other thing I found out after buying a PC game at EB is that it requires a credit card or a time card to play, because apparently it's one of those Massively Multiplayer Online games that you have to pay to use. That's probably why I put it back last time I saw it, but this time I forgot about that and didn't notice it when looking at the requirements. Oh well, first month is free. :D

In other news, the "burns" on my tongue seem all to have turned into blisters and ulcers. Not cool.

Oh, and my Wii should be here by this weekend! w00t.

Edit my WMP seems to have just given me a pretty cool random selection of music without me even asking for it... wtf?

I LOVED X3, I thought it was supertastic! Me and Sami saw it like three or four times in theatres...Though it's still only my second fav., because X2 is just amazing and will always be my favoritest X-Men movie ^_^ glad you liked it though, woot woot.

Eeewww, tongue ulcers!

but... you're the one who said it was the most...traumatizing, impactful (?), amazingterrible, bestworst movie ever. I took from that that you liked it but hated it at the same time. But... maybe I was wrong?

That's exactly what I think, except with a touch more "ow, my freaking tongue!!". :P

It WAS traumatizing and amazingterrible and bestworst! Because of Xavier! And everything else! I spent the whole movie curled in a ball, squeezing something, and doing lots of "HOLY SHIT! OH MY GOD!" kind of thing. Which made it a great movie!

...if that makes any sense...
